Software Support Team

Nine Collective, LLC is looking for Software Support Team members. This team provides functional and technical support for Fieldbook ERP, our flagship software specifically tailored for oilfield services companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to first-level support needs from the Fieldbook ERP user base
  • Establish good working customer relationships
  • Report on phone calls, emails, and other support requests within support desk software
  • Manage multiple ongoing support cases
  • Work with Product Management and Product Development teams for case resolution
  • Provide internal reporting on support desk activity
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Fieldbook ERP software
  • Assist with new product release training and documentation
  • Assist with new product release testing

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of help desk or other relevant experience
  • Strong general computer and software skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and manner
  • Overall knowledge of business operations – sales, accounting, asset management, accounts payable and receivable, etc.
  • Ability to deliver customer focused solutions
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to prioritize case load
  • Ability to work well with various teams, individuals, and all levels of management
  • Oilfield services experience is a plus
  • Must be based in Oklahoma City area
